Expansion Announcement

CrossAlta successfully completed a major expansion of the storage facility in the fall of 2005.  The expansion increased total working natural gas capacity from 44 PJ (40 Bcf) to 56 PJ (50 Bcf), with a potential to expand to 89 PJ (80 Bcf).  The storage facility now boasts peak withdrawal capacity of 537 TJ/day (480 Mmscf/day), with potential to expand to 1,122 TJ/day (1 Bcf/day).  This increased capacity enhances CrossAlta’s ability to respond to its customers’ needs.
